Terms of Service

By creating an account, accessing, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, in which case the terms “User,” “you,” or “your” shall refer to that entity.

BetSync AI is an automated bet-tracking platform that connects to your online sportsbook account using credentials you provide, retrieves your betting history and open wagers, and presents them in a consolidated dashboard. The Service uses automated browser technology to read data from your sportsbook account on your behalf.

The Service provides the following core features: (a) automated synchronisation of bet history and open bets from your linked sportsbook; (b) live bet progress tracking during active games; (c) analytics, statistics, and profit/loss summaries; and (d) notifications for settled bets.

BetSync AI is a data aggregation and display tool only. We do not place bets on your behalf, offer gambling services, provide gambling advice, or hold any gambling licence. Use of the Service does not constitute or facilitate any gambling activity.

Credential provision. To use the Service you must provide valid login credentials for your sportsbook account. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the credentials you provide are accurate and that your sportsbook account is in good standing. You represent and warrant that you are the lawful account holder of any sportsbook account whose credentials you provide.

Compliance with sportsbook terms. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with the terms and conditions of your sportsbook provider. BetSync AI makes no representation that automated access to your sportsbook account is permitted by your sportsbook's terms of service. You assume all risk associated with any account restriction, suspension, or closure by your sportsbook provider.

Account security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your BetSync AI account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. You may not share your account with any third party.

Accurate information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary to keep it accurate. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.

Plans and pricing. BetSync AI offers two paid subscription plans: (a) a Monthly Plan at USD $29.00 per calendar month; and (b) an Annual Plan at USD $199.00 per year. Prices are quoted in United States Dollars and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Free trial. New subscribers are entitled to a seven (7) day free trial period upon first subscription. No charge is made during the trial period. At the end of the trial period your chosen plan will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial expires.

Auto-renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual, as applicable) at the then-current subscription price. You authorise us to charge your payment method on file for each renewal period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the account settings page or the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access to the Service until that date. No pro-rated refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period, except as required by applicable law.

Payment processing. All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By subscribing you agree to Stripe's terms of service. BetSync AI does not store complete payment card details on its own systems.

Price changes. We reserve the right to modify subscription prices upon not less than 30 days' notice. Price changes will not apply to the current billing period. Your continued use of the Service after the price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.

Credential encryption. Sportsbook credentials (username and password) that you provide are encrypted using AES-256-GCM encryption via AWS Key Management Service (KMS) before storage. Encryption keys are managed by AWS KMS in the EU (Frankfurt) region. Credentials are decrypted only in volatile memory (RAM) for the duration of a scraping session and are never written to disk in plaintext or transmitted to any third party.

Data at rest. All user data, including encrypted credentials and betting history, is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Neon.tech in the European Union. Data is encrypted at rest using the storage provider's native encryption.

Data in transit. All communications between your browser, our API, and third-party services are transmitted over TLS 1.2 or higher.

No sharing. We do not sell, rent, or share your sportsbook credentials or betting history with any third party for marketing or commercial purposes. Credentials are used solely to provide the Service.

No guarantee of scraping success. The Service relies on automated access to third-party sportsbook websites, which may change their structure, introduce technical countermeasures, or become temporarily or permanently unavailable. BetSync AI does not guarantee that scraping will succeed for any particular sportsbook or at any particular time.

Sportsbook availability. We do not control the availability, functionality, or terms of any sportsbook. We make no representation that any specific sportsbook is or will remain compatible with the Service.

Data accuracy. Bet data is retrieved as displayed by the sportsbook and is not independently verified by BetSync AI. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed through the Service.

Service availability. We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability. We are not liable for losses arising from service downtime.

Active subscriptions. We retain your data for as long as your subscription is active and as otherwise necessary to provide the Service.

After cancellation. Upon cancellation of your subscription, your betting data will be retained for thirty (30) days to allow you to export your data or resubscribe. After 30 days, your betting history will be permanently deleted. Your encrypted sportsbook credentials are deleted immediately upon account deletion or sportsbook disconnection.

Account deletion. You may request complete deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by using the account deletion feature in your account settings. Deletion is permanent and irreversible. Account data is deleted within 30 days of the deletion request.

All content, features, functionality, branding, software, and technology of the Service, including but not limited to the BetSync AI name, logo, user interface, algorithms, and source code, are the exclusive property of BetSync AI and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sub-licence, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of any part of the Service.

By using the Service you do not acquire any ownership interest in any content, data, or material provided through the Service.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BETSYNC AI, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR SPORTSBOOK ACCOUNT SUSPENSION.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL SUBSCRIPTION FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $100.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR LIABILITIES. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, are using the Service in a manner harmful to BetSync AI or other users, or if required to do so by law.

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including without limitation intellectual property provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and applicable national law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service that cannot be resolved by good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction in the EU member state in which BetSync AI is established.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and cancel your subscription before the effective date.
